About the Sales and Retention Executive Role

The central aspect of your role will be as the voice of our Wine52 and Beer52 brands and communities, taking calls from our members and encouraging them to continue their membership and journey of discovery. While we offer a range of support in doing this, such as wine training, systems training, and sales tools, we will not restrict you – there are no scripts to follow here! This isn’t your average sales and contact centre role – as long as you’re friendly, engaging, and passionate about our products and services, you’ll fit right in!

You will also have a range of side tasks to help mix things up, including regular training sessions and outbound campaigns focused on upgrading and reactivating customers.

About You

• Excellent communication skills – do you like to talk with people and make personal connections? Can you be persuasive and passionate when talking about our products and mission with our members?
• Comfortable in a sales environment – are you ambitious and target driven? We need people who thrive rather than survive in a dynamic sales environment.
• Prior customer service experience – do you enjoy solving problems, thinking on your feet and providing first-class customer service?
• An interest/passion for Wine and Craft Beer – ideal but not essential – we are more than happy to teach you!

• Expected earnings of £27,000- £30,000 per year
• Remote working
• Starting base salary of £23,100 per year for a 38.75 hour per week role plus monthly bonus
• Monday to Friday hours – 08:45-17:00
