We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Appointment Coordinator to join our team. As a key player in our operations, you’ll be responsible for managing appointment schedules, ensuring seamless communication with clients, and supporting our sales team. If you have excellent organisational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage client appointments, ensuring accurate scheduling and timely confirmations.
- Communicate with clients via phone and email to confirm appointments, provide information, and ensure smooth interactions.
- Track appointments and client interactions using CRM software, ensuring records are up to date.
- Assist with telemarketing and lead generation to promote services and create new opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications, appointments, and follow-up tasks.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless transitions from appointment to sales process.
- Provide outstanding customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Provide feedback on lead quality to improve internal processes and contribute to overall success.
Requirements
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales roles is highly preferred.
- Comfortable with CRM systems (or eager to learn).
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service and relationship-building.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A proactive problem-solving mindset and excellent attention to detail.
- A quiet, dedicated home workspace.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
