Duties

• Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and maintaining relationships to ensure client satisfaction.
• Provide technical sales support by understanding product features and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.
• Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports for analysis.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials that enhance sales efforts.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing information on products and services while addressing any concerns.
• Support outside sales representatives by preparing presentations and coordinating meetings with clients.
• Participate in business development initiatives to expand the company’s market presence.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Familiarity with technical sales concepts is a plus.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is desirable.
• Bilingual candidates with Spanish language skills are highly valued.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn about new products and services.

Pay: $2,000.00-$3,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 5 per week
