Role Description

The Sales Executive (Accessibility Services) is responsible for driving revenue by selling the company’s accessibility services to potential and existing clients. This role involves understanding the unique needs of each client and presenting tailored solutions that align with accessibility standards like WCAG, Section 508, and ADA. The Sales Executive will work closely with cross-functional teams, including accessibility experts and project managers, to deliver high-impact solutions that improve client products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Engage Prospective Clients: Proactively seek out potential clients in need of accessibility services, understanding their business challenges, and positioning the company’s services as the ideal solution.
  • Present Tailored Solutions: Collaborate with clients to understand their accessibility needs and pain points, and present customized solutions that meet both regulatory and usability requirements.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on accessibility.
  • Proposal Development: Create detailed proposals and presentations that highlight how the company’s accessibility services can meet the client’s specific needs.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and track opportunities in the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining a high conversion rate.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in a sales role, ideally within the tech or accessibility space.
  • Accessibility Knowledge: Basic understanding of digital accessibility standards like WCAG 2.1, Section 508, ADA compliance, and assistive technologies.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Client-Focused: Ability to build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and present solutions that are aligned with their goals.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze client challenges and offer tailored accessibility solutions.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
  • Collaboration: Experience working with technical teams and aligning sales strategies with service delivery.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple clients and sales cycles simultaneously.
