As a Sales Closer at Mobrand, you will be responsible for converting qualified leads into clients, playing a crucial role in expanding our portfolio. You’ll have complete freedom to explore your potential, with your success directly reflected in your earnings.

Responsibilities:

  • Closing Sales: Your main role will be selling. You will focus on converting leads qualified by the team, ensuring successful sales completion.
  • Building Relationships: Develop and nurture trusting relationships with decision-makers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the entire sales process, from the first contact to contract signing, ensuring the client is well-informed at each stage.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure a smooth transition for clients after the sale and their ongoing success.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs such as sales rates, conversion rates, and average transaction value, adjusting your approach to improve performance.
  • Feedback and Improvements: Provide feedback on the prospecting process and qualified leads, helping to refine the company’s lead generation strategy to increase effectiveness.
  • CRM Updates: Keep the CRM up-to-date with detailed information about clients, sales progress, and negotiation status.
  • Continuous Improvement: Constantly seek ways to improve sales techniques, approach, and persuasion by staying informed on sales trends and closing strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in sales, especially in B2B environments.
  • Proven IT Experience: Experience in the IT sector is essential.
  • Excellent Negotiation and Influence Skills.
  • Autonomy: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking initiative to solve problems proactively.
  • Listening and Structuring: Capacity to listen, understand, and present compelling arguments.
  • Proactivity and Initiative: Ability to bring new ideas and inputs to improve the role and company processes.
  • Organization and Time Management: Skilled at managing multiple tasks simultaneously, keeping the CRM updated, and organizing your contact sheet efficiently.
  • Continuous Learning: Interest in reading, learning, and staying up-to-date with sales techniques, persuasion strategies, and market trends.
