Sales Coach (Remote)

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Sales Manager/Coach to join our team! The ideal candidate has deep experience with the entire sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building and deal closing. We’re looking for a quick learner who has strong negotiation skills. Someone with a successful track record who can inspire the same performance in others. This role demands a leader who has a sharp mind and an ability to coach, advise and motivate yacht brokers while building and maintaining a high-performance team.

Duties

Setting sales goals and targets for the team

Developing and implementing sales strategies and plans

Leading, motivating, and coaching sales team members

Analyzing sales performance and providing feedback

Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities

Building and maintaining customer relationships

Managing sales operations, including forecasting

Collaborating with management team

Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

Reporting sales performance

Conducting performance evaluations and disciplinary actions

Ensuring compliance with sales policies and procedures

Skills Required

5+ years of experience in managing sales

Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing

Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

Ability to lead, motivate, and coach sales teams

Ability to analyze sales data and performance metrics

Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and sales environments

Strong understanding of the industry, market trends, and competitors

Experience working with a CRM system in a service driven business

Highly experienced and well versed in Internet search literacy, cloud based platforms, social media platforms, mobile applications, Google Suite and Microsoft Office

• Must have a valid driver’s license

• 3 month probation period
