Job Overview

As a Sales Coordinator you should have a minimum of one year’s experience in sales or operational support and play a vital role in our client success department, supporting key sales tasks to drive revenue. Powering Up Campaigns: Your Role in Amplifying Sales Success

• Support the sales process and procedures used by iHeartMedia Sales teams.
• Perform key tasks for iHM Salesforce across over 150 markets in the US, including Appointment Preparation, Marketing Materials/Presentations, Data Collection, Recaps, and more.
• Interpret various types of insertion order instructions to input required data accurately.
• Coordinate with team members to verify accuracy of requests, ensuring a seamless process for order booking.
• Communicate with Sales leads as needed to clarify incomplete instructions or resolve insertion order ambiguities.
• Respond to Sales leads and support partners to address input questions or correct input errors.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales support or operational support.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail.
• Proficiency in learning new systems quickly.

• Knowledge of or strong interest in media sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage high volumes effectively.
