    About The Role

    As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for a wide variety of administrative support tasks and you’ll liaise with the sales and leadership team to deliver excellent outcomes for our customers. You’ll build sustainable relationships by being the key point of contact for our managers and account management team and you’ll utilise your excellent organisational skills and you keep things running smoothly.

    As someone who enjoys interacting confidently with Sales people, you’ll enjoy being involved with some of the biggest team events of the year and you’ll be given countless opportunities to learn and grown your skills.

    Scope of the role includes:

    • Providing administrative support to the National Sales Managers (NSM) and Account Management Team
    • Acting as a key coordinating point of contact for the NSM’s and Account Management team
    • Contacting internally for business partner
    • Coordinating for gathering of key information needed to run the business, e.g. sales forecasts, WIPS, ad hoc reports etc.
    • Coordinating and running localised marketing activities, conference and function management
    • Facilitating effective management communications to all sales staff
    • Preparing reports and presentations relating to the performance and outlook for the business
    • Managing travels
    • Assisting with existing customer issues escalations regarding service and sales
    • Communicating with marketing and inside sales for lead generation activities
    • Assisting Sales Managers to create dashboards and metrics to drive performance and develop a high performing team via ticketing management tool
    • Managing data accuracy
    • Providing analysis reports on team performance to Sales Managers
    • Being actively involved in continuous improvement of team, processes and procedures.
    • Providing regular and timely communication to team, to ensure staff are aware of all matters which may affect them

    About You

    You are someone with proactive skills who is looking to develop their excellent organisation skills and administration skills in a sales environment. You are a confident communicator, and you know how to deliver empathetic resolutions even when there is a sense of urgency. Perhaps you have worked in an administration or sales role and you’re looking for an opportunity to grow in your career. Previous experience in liaising with salespeople both locally and internationally will be highly regarded as will your excellent verbal and written communication skills.
