Historically, Sales & CS has always been run by one of the founders. Now we want to take it to the next level by bringing in a dedicated and experienced leader, who can introduce best-in-class processes, a better way of working, and more accountability across the team.


What You’ll Do

As our Sales & Customer Success Lead, you’ll be part of the leadership team and will be responsible for driving Customer Success and Sales forward, ensuring prospects are converting and our customers are thriving with Prezly. Your focus will be split across sales, key account management, and helping new customers get up and running smoothly. We’re looking for a motivated individual with strong commercial instincts, leadership capabilities, and a passion for both selling and delighting customers.

We’ve got a small tight-knit team of two: one Customer Success and one Sales. While you’ll be responsible for coaching and guiding this small team and introducing more processes, you should also be willing to help out, join, and pick up certain tasks within Sales & CS.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Run Customer Success & Sales
    You’ll be responsible for Sales & Customer Success processes and KPIs.
  • Run Sales and CS Projects
    Lead cross-functional projects involving Sales and Customer Success, and also work closely with our Marketing and Product teams to drive growth.
  • Manage Renewals and Expansions
    You’ll work closely with our existing customer base to manage renewals and identify expansion opportunities, collaborating with our Head of Sales to close deals and increase account value.
  • Proactively Engage and Retain Key Accounts
    Build and nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring they continue to grow with Prezly. You’ll identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with the Head of Sales to improve our retention rates.
  • Drive Product Adoption and Minimize Churn
    Monitor customer health, follow up with potential churners, and implement strategies to increase engagement and product adoption across all customer segments.
  • Strategize for Continuous Improvement
    Collaborate with other teams to report on KPIs related to customer health, retention, and satisfaction. Redefine and continuously improve Customer Success strategies and product adoption processes.

  • Near-Native English Proficiency

    You’ll be working closely with our international client base, so strong communication skills are essential. Additional languages, particularly Dutch and French, are always a plus.
  • 3+ Years of Experience in a similar Sales and/or CS role
    You should be familiar with the ins and outs of Sales and Customer Success and have a proven track record in managing a large number of customers simultaneously.
  • Experience with Tools
    You can use a lot of your own tools at Prezly, but experience of working with Vitally, Close, Linear and other Sales or CS-related tools would be advantageous.
  • Strong Commercial Instincts
    You have a knack for understanding clients’ needs and finding ways to add value, whether through upsells or process improvements.
  • Sales Experience
    Experience handling sales projects, running demos, managing renewals, and driving expansions are essential. You’re comfortable closing deals and negotiating renewals or upsell opportunities.
  • Remote Work Proficiency
    This is a fully remote role, so you must be comfortable working autonomously. It goes without saying that you’ll need strong internet connectivity for communication through video calls, phone calls, and email.
  • Ownership and Initiative
    You’ll be working in a small (but mighty) team, so being proactive, resourceful, and willing to take ownership of your responsibilities is crucial. And never settle for ‘good enough’.
