We’re a dynamic tech company based in Poole, Dorset, committed to delivering affordable, fully automated AI customer service solutions to businesses across the UK. We’re looking for a driven Sales & Customer Success Specialist to join our team in a remote, full-time role that combines B2B sales, client retention, and customer support.
About the Role:
- Sales: Your main responsibility is to sell our subscription-based AI-powered customer service software. This B2B product is highly affordable and easy to sell, with a daily target of just two sales. However, the potential to exceed this target is high, making this a fantastic opportunity to significantly boost your income through uncapped commission.
- Client Success: You’ll also work with clients you’ve onboarded, ensuring they’re satisfied, supported, and have all their needs met.
- Customer Retention: Part of the role involves reconnecting with past customers to resolve issues and regain their business, creating even more opportunity for retention bonuses.
What You’ll Bring:
- Self-Motivation: A drive to exceed sales targets, earn high commissions, and offer top-notch client support.
- Customer Focus: You’re a natural with people and able to build and maintain strong client relationships.

What We Offer:
- Competitive Pay: Starting with a base salary of £20,109 per year, plus uncapped commission of up to £100 per sale. With a target of two sales per day, this brings an OTE of £48,509 per year, including a lifetime monthly retention bonus for every client you retain, providing you a growing, consistent bonus over time.
- Flexible Hours: If you consistently meet sales and support targets, you can adjust your hours, finishing early once your goals are achieved.
Requirements:
- UK resident with a stable internet connection, computer, and smartphone.
- Sales or customer service experience essential.
