Job Description – Sales Development Representative

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities by effectively converting high-quality leads. We are looking for a driven individual who is ready to make a direct impact on our company’s growth and be part of our ambitious team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities to fuel our growth
  • Calling prospects, you need to be super outgoing!
  • Engage with prospects via email, soc media and telephone to analyze their needs
  • Prospect into both cold accounts as well as into new groups, divisions, etc. of existing customers
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop targeted strategies.
  • Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts
  • Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and closed business.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years experience as an SDR or similar sales position
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a growth mindset
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High energy and positive attitude
  • University education bachelors

Working hours:
