Sales Development Representative (Eligible for Fresh Graduate)
Location: Remote / Warsaw
BDR is a high impact role. The BDR will research accounts, develop and action a communication plan (via phone, email, LinkedIn, mailing, etc) to generate new business opportunities (pipeline). There are proven processes to follow, several intuitive user friendly tools to use and KPIs to keep momentum up. BDR’s prioritise outreach to prospects: the more relevant stakeholders we can speak with, the more likely we are to be successful in that account.
You conduct high-level conversations with C-suite executives about their business goals, customer engagement and marketing challenges/opportunities with a view to understanding and ‘qualifying’ the opportunity. BDRs also deliver value-orientated pitches and solution demonstrations.
Ultimate success for a BDR is to generate the volume and value of deals required to hit their quota, and bring great new brands to Replenit!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including LinkedIn, CRM systems, and industry databases.
- Prospecting and Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects through cold calls, emails, and social media to introduce the company and its offerings.
- Qualifying Leads: Assess the needs and potential of prospects to determine if they fit the target customer profile.
- Scheduling Meetings: Set up meetings or calls between potential clients and sales executives for further engagement.
- CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects in the CRM to track lead progress.
- Nurturing Relationships: Build and maintain rapport with leads to keep them engaged over time and nurture them until they are ready for the next sales stage.
- Achieving Quotas: Work towards set goals and quotas for outreach, lead conversion, and meetings scheduled.
- Market Feedback: Gather and report insights from prospects to help improve messaging, product offerings, and sales strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align on lead quality, messaging, and targeted accounts.
- Continuous Learning: Stay informed on product offerings, market trends, and competitors to enhance prospecting effectiveness.
