Job Description: Satellite Teams is looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. This role demands a dynamic individual with a true hunter mentality, passionate about identifying new leads, developing relationships, and contributing to business growth. The ideal candidate is proactive, persistent, and skilled in navigating complex sales processes, particularly within the SaaS landscape.

Background & Experience:
- Proven success in SaaS sales, ideally with exposure to product data management, PIM (Product Information Management), DAM (Digital Asset Management), or eCommerce platforms.
- Experience working with data sources such as CSV files and APIs for generating and managing product documentation, with an understanding of automated content generation.
- KPI-driven, with a consistent history of meeting or exceeding goals for meetings booked and maintaining quality engagement that leads to successful conversions.
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong expertise in outbound prospecting techniques, including cold calling, targeted email campaigns, social outreach, and managing multi-touch outreach sequences.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales engagement platforms to effectively track and manage outreach efforts.
- Fluent in English, with exceptional written and spoken communication skills to build connections with potential clients.
Performance Metrics:
- Experience in achieving KPIs focused on meetings booked and high conversion rates from initial contact to scheduled meetings.
- Adept at maintaining a robust and consistent pipeline of qualified leads and knowledgeable about how individual contributions impact the growth of the sales pipeline and company revenue.
Required Skills:
- Background in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in industries related to digital content creation, data management, or eCommerce solutions.
- Familiarity with product data management processes and a working knowledge of content automation platforms for producing on-demand documentation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
