SDR Hire is hiring on behalf of a leading client in the Mar tech space.
About the Client:
Our client is a cutting-edge SaaS company revolutionizing marketing analytics with their Attribution software. It’s a new type of product, solving an old problem, 10x more efficiently than existing solutions. With data-driven insights at the core, they help businesses align marketing efforts with measurable outcomes.
About the Role:
This SDR role is all about taking initiative, building something from the ground up, loving the thrill of cold calling, solving Marketing Leaders’ pain points and prospecting large enterprises across the US. You’ll be on the front lines, helping drive US expansion by generating qualified leads and setting meetings for the Founders. You can expect a highly competitive salary + bonus package beyond the market average!
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting, list building and reaching out to the ICP
- High volume of cold call and prospecting activities towards Marketing leaders for mid market companies in the US.
- Identify and qualify potential clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Create and execute outreach campaigns to generate interest in the client’s platform.
- Collaborate closely with the Founders to hand off qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and ensure data integrity.
- Continuously research target industries, market trends, and competitors to stay ahead of the curve.
Looking for Candidates Who:
- Have at least 2-3 years of cold calling and outbound sales experience as SDRs or BDRs. This role isn’t for beginners!
- Have exceptional cold calling skills and love cold calling, excited to get in touch with prospects.
- Have a successful track record of achievements using cold calling—this is the most critical skill.
- Have the ability to develop and adjust call scripts on their own to ensure success in reaching targets.
- Are self-starters who can plan their own day and activities to hit their numbers.
- Ideally have experience in Mar tech and a proven track record of selling to mid market and enterprise companies (500+ employees).
- Are comfortable working US hours and prospecting into the US market.
- Have familiarity with tools like HubSpot, SalesLoft, 6sense or similar.
