Sales Development Representative (Remote)

After achieving an impressive 600% growth last year, we are expanding our team and looking for driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to help us scale to new heights.

What You’ll Do

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll play a pivotal role in generating new business opportunities and driving growth. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and social media to identify and qualify potential leads
• Collaborating with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop outreach strategies that resonate with prospects
• Managing and nurturing leads through the sales pipeline to set up high-value meetings for the Sales team
• Utilizing tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms to track outreach efforts and maintain accurate records
• Participating in ongoing training sessions to refine your skills and stay ahead of industry trends
• Representing the company with professionalism and enthusiasm while communicating our value to prospective clients

What We’re Looking For

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales, business development, or SDR role
• Proven expertise in phone-based outreach and email campaigns
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Orum (preferred but not required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed
• Experience in E-Commerce or SaaS sales is a plus but not mandatory

Schedule And Compensation

• Hours: Monday to Friday | 8 AM – 5 PM PST (US)
• Compensation: Earn $1,000+ monthly on-track earnings

Technical Requirements

• A personal computer or laptop with at least an i5 processor (or equivalent)
• Internet connection with a minimum upload and download speed of 15 Mbps
