We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to introduce our cutting-edge technology to restaurants across Australia. You’ll play a crucial role in our growth, not only by engaging new restaurant partners but also by helping us launch new markets. You’ll set the stage for success by booking meetings for our Business Development Managers (BDM’s) ahead of their visits to these markets.

Your Role

As a Sales Development Representative at EatClub, you’ll play a key role in our growth by identifying and engaging new restaurant partners. You’ll introduce EatClub’s solutions to potential clients, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for our BDM’s. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a direct impact on our sales pipeline and contribute to our success.

What You’ll Do

  • Make high volumes of outbound cold calls daily to identify and engage restaurant owners and decision-makers.
  • Qualify leads using EatClub’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), ensuring high-quality opportunities for our BDMs.
  • Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and BDMs to drive new partnerships.
  • Help launch new markets by pre-booking meetings for BDMs before their arrival, ensuring a full pipeline in new regions.
  • Build relationships with restaurant operators, clearly articulating the value of EatClub’s solutions.
  • Collaborate with BDMs to strategize on target accounts and align on conversion plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and leads in our CRM (e.g. Hubspot).
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and EatClub’s latest product offerings.

About You

What You Need to Succeed

  • 1+ years of sales experience in a high volume phone based sales role
  • Cold calling experience / telemarketing experience is a bonus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport.
  • Proven ability to manage high call volumes while meeting activity and conversion KPIs.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to lead generation.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Hubspot is a bonus.
  • A passion for food, hospitality, and technology is a plus.
