Overview

We’re in search of an exceptional Sales Development Representative to join the Strategy Ladders team. This role is pivotal: you’ll be the first point of contact with future game-changing clients, scheduling high-stakes calls for our elite sales team. This isn’t a role for just anyone. We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes sales, someone who can connect with founders of fast-growing companies on a deep level, intuitively spotting and engaging those with the vision and drive to scale.

As our SDR, you’ll be operating within the LinkedIn accounts of our CEO and other senior leaders, requiring an understanding of and proven experience with high-level messaging and strategic engagement.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect Like a Pro: Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to uncover potential clients, connecting with top-tier decision-makers. You’ll handpick leads that align with our high standards and values.
• Personalized Engagement: Send high-impact, well-crafted messages that build immediate trust and credibility. Represent our CEO and senior team authentically, with precision in every interaction.
• Build Relationships: Go beyond just scheduling calls—create an experience. Engage with prospects’ content, sparking authentic conversations that showcase Strategy Ladders’ transformative power.
• Streamlined Organization: Track, follow up, and manage lead interactions efficiently. You’ll be handling multiple high-value leads and need to keep everything moving smoothly.
• Collaborate with Purpose: Work with our team to continuously identify the most valuable prospects and maximize your conversion rates.

Who You Are

• Experience and Excellence: You have a minimum of 4 years in high-level sales, client-facing roles, or customer success. You’re not just good; you’re a pro with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Impact-Driven Mindset: You have the energy and attitude of a top performer and love a role where your work directly impacts the company’s success.
• Skill Mastery: Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM software (HubSpot experience preferred). A degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.
• Relentless Drive: You’re known for a strong work ethic, a competitive spirit, and an eagerness to break records and exceed expectations.

Compensation

At Strategy Ladders, we know top talent deserves top pay:

• OTE: $10,000 per month, with potential earnings soaring above $20,000 per month for rockstars.
• Base Salary: $2,500 USD per month.
• Commissions:
• 8% for calls booked that close on accounts with fewer than 10,000 followers
• 5% for accounts with over 10,000 followers
• Commissions apply to the first three months of client engagement, rewarding you for setting up high-value, long-term client relationships.
