As a Sales Development Representative, you will empower Base.com US clients to transform their e-commerce businesses into automated multi-channel operations. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our US customer base. If you are passionate about sales, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are eager to contribute to the success of a rapidly growing company, we want to hear from you!
Experience
- 1 – 3 years of professional experience in sales roles (preferably B2B e-commerce saas)
- excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts in simple and accessible way
- prior track record of achievement in positions with significant accountability
- ability to conduct live product demos for prospective customers, across all levels of seniority
- excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently (the role is 100% remote)
- self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong sense of initiative
- proficient in CRM software and other sales tools (e.g., Hubspot)
Bonus Qualifications/ Nice To Have
- knowledge of the US e-commerce landscape and hands-on experience in e-commerce related software/SaaS products, e.g. Amazon Seller Central, eBay, Shopify, etc.
Tasks
- become an expert in BaseLinkers overall value proposition, products, and services
- own and execute end-to-end inbound lead conversion process – from design, through execution and improvement (free trial account to paid users)
- conduct product demos for prospective users
- maintain accurate customer activity and pipeline reports within a CRM database (Hubspot)
- collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (marketing, implementation, product) to keep merchant’s voice top of mind across the organization
- identify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple acquisition channels
- represent Base.com at leading industry e-commerce and networking events

Salary Range
Individual compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications. The below range encompasses roles with on-target earnings.
On-target earnings: $65,000 – $75,000
