– Our Client is a Major Real Estate Developer in the UAE that is currently developing a large mixed asset class portfolio across the region
Description:
– Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market growth targets.
– Monitor market trends and competitor actions to refine sales approaches and stay competitive.
– Foster relationships with VIP clients, brokers, and key stakeholders to expand business opportunities.
– Guide the use of CRM tools and technology to enhance sales tracking and team efficiency.
– Provide detailed sales reports and forecasts with actionable insights for senior management.
– Identify and secure new business opportunities in the luxury real estate segment.
– Mentor and lead the sales team, ensuring their growth and alignment with company goals.
– Establish pricing strategies and negotiation practices to maximize profitability.
– Ensure all sales practices comply with regulations and ethical standards.
– Drive client satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional relationship management.
