We are a growing agency that helps businesses from different industries scale. Our team members are results-driven individuals who like to move fast, get the job done, and have fun doing it.
We are seeking an individual who possesses a proven track record of driving sales excellence and building high-performing teams. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our Call Center Department, leading dynamic outbound call center teams, and achieving ambitious revenue targets. Your ability to combine strategic thinking, exceptional leadership, and a deep understanding of sales dynamics will be crucial in driving our business growth and nurturing lasting customer relationships.
How your day will look like:
- Set performance goals, and develop strategies and plans to increase revenue.
- Implement new business initiatives and strategies & monitor their effectiveness
- Manage Sales, Lead generation & Call Center departments
- Hire, train, and grow the call center team
- Lead call center team meetings & training
- Develop motivation & commission structures
- Set up & monitor call center goals, revenue targets, and KPIs
- Develop sales materials and write scripts to increase closing rates
- Increase the efficiency of business procedures by meeting with operational and sourcing departments
- Discover and expand to new markets

Check if you qualify:
- You are a natural leader and can inspire and motivate your workforce.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
- 3 or more years of experience in call center management, preferably with outbound expertise.
- The ability to meet or exceed targets and goals.
- Strong leadership, managerial, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to create and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Strong negotiating and sales skills.
- Career-oriented, ambitious personality.
