What You’ll Do:

• Recruit, Lead, and Mentor: Build and develop a high-performing team of Senior Payments Advisors, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
• Expand Your Portfolio: Prospect and close new business deals while supporting your team’s sales efforts.
• Build Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
• Leverage Advanced Tools: Use cutting-edge lead generation and sales intelligence platforms to target new opportunities.
• Track and Optimize Performance: Monitor team performance metrics and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Who You Are:

• Experienced Sales Leader: At least 3 years of experience in payment processing or merchant services with a proven record of success.
