Description
- Identify and acquire new customers and service existing business in conjunction with company’s distribution channel partners.
- Ensure that products are specified and listed with major strategic vertical market OEM’s.
- Execute product workshops and assist with technical/commercial service.
- Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues in Germany to meet customer needs.
- Coordinate business activities and manage customer queries with distribution channel partners.
- Evaluate market trends that effect current and future growth.
- Communicate agreements and pricing in consultation with Country Sales Manager, Turkey.
- Attend and support trade fairs.
- Support maintenance services for tools and printers on field.
- Visit customers regularly to promote the product portfolio.
- Regular reporting of activities and results.
Profile
- Graduated from engineering departments.
- At least 3 years of experience in Sales, Technical Sales, Business Development or Product Management.
- Profound knowledge of the Electrical industry and/or related industries, preferably in Defence Industry.
- High customer orientation and excellent sales skills.
- Very good communication and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinking, team orientation, conceptual and analytic skills.
- English in speaking and writing is mandatory. German is treated as an asset.
- Requires extensive travelling in the territory of Turkey. Further travelling abroad is required on request.
