Business Development Manager / Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer required to join a global leading engineering manufacturer

Business Development Manager / Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer will work remotely covering the UK wide and occassionally Europe responsible for predominantly generating new business opportunities, selling industrial gearboxes and solutions for EV powertrain and racing vehicles into multiple industries via OEM and End User Channels 

Business Development Manager / Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer will ideally have a sales background in the automotive, aerospace, defence or motorsport industries, with experience selling industrial mechanical products such as gearboxes, bearings, power transmission systems, brakes, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, precision machined parts 
or similar industrial machinery/products 

Package –

£40,000 – £60,000 dependent on experience

Business Development Manager / Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer Role

Predominantly generating new business opportunities, selling industrial gearboxes and solutions for EV powertrain and racing vehicles into multiple industries via OEM and End User Channels 
Work remotely covering the UK nationwide and Europe.
Maintaining new Hydraulic, power transmission and related industrial sales with demonstration, exhibition and negotiation in order to achieve targets.
Manage and grow existing relationships as well as business development selling industrial gearbox products and solutions 
Working closely with the service department to ensure an excellent standard of after-sales service is provided.
Liaise with various engineering departments
Fully remote role, willingness to cover the UK and occasional international travel. 
Business Development Manager / Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer Requirements

Experience as an Area Sales Manager, Sales Engineer, Business Development Manager, or similar selling into the automotive, aerospace, defence, off-highway, motorbike, motorsport manufacturing or similar 
Experience selling industrial mechanical products such as gearboxes, bearings, power transmission systems, brakes, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, precision machined parts 
or similar industrial machinery/products 
Mechanical Engineering Degree or apprentice trained would advantageous
Service engineer working on industrial gearboxes looking to transition into a sales role are encouraged to apply
Knowledge or an interest in gearboxes, transmission or other motorsport / automotive products would be beneficial.
Full clean driving license.
Willingness to travel to the office near Coventry at least 3 days a week during the initial training period
