We’re on the hunt for a motivated and experienced Technical Associate to spearhead our go-to-market strategy for our Identity Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS). If you have expertise in identity management, IT security, or HR platform modernization, we want to hear from you!

Your Role

As a Sales Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in enabling our clients to adopt the company’s solutions. You’ll collaborate across sales, engineering, documentation, and QA teams to deliver compelling demos and ensure seamless proof-of-concept (PoC) executions.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with sales and pre-sales teams to create impactful PoCs, custom demos, and solution architecture designs.
• Integrate the Company’s SaaS platform with client systems, ensuring optimal configuration.
• Gather and analyze client requirements to address identity challenges.
• Provide technical support across internal and external teams, ensuring project success.
• Design and document integration processes tailored to client complexity.
• Conduct client workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions, and develop whitepapers.
• Collaborate with the product team to provide solution feedback and insights from the field.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 3-6 years in IT enterprise environments with expertise in identity management, IT security, or HR platform modernization.

Technical Knowledge:

• Active Directory/Azure AD (Entra), ITIM adapters, Middleware connectors, OAuth, SAML.
• IDM systems such as Okta, SailPoint, Ping, ForgeRock, Centrify (a plus).
• HCM systems like Ceridian Dayforce, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP Workforce Now, or Workday (a plus).
• Programming skills: Java, JavaScript, HTML, JSON, REST APIs, JWT, Webservices.

Skills:

• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multitask, and deliver solutions efficiently.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, systems engineer or equivalent professional experience.
