Are you passionate about creating unforgettable experiences? The HIGHLINE Venue, one of Western Sydney’s premier event destinations, is seeking a talented Sales & Events Manager to join our dynamic team.

Your Role:
Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you’ll collaborate closely with the Operations Manager and our Events Coordination team to deliver outstanding client experiences. If you’re a driven and enthusiastic sales professional with a proven ability to exceed targets, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to sales inquiries via email and phone.
- Coordinate and host engaging venue inspections, followed by timely client follow-ups.
- Handle sales appointments, proposals, meet-and-greets, and ensure seamless follow-through on all client interactions.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales budgets.
- Collaborate with the Events Coordination team to execute the finer details of each event.
- Build strong relationships and ensure client satisfaction at every stage of the planning process.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-2+ years of sales experience, with a genuine passion for events and hospitality.
- Experience in hospitality, events, and sales is highly regarded.
- Strong tactical sales skills, attention to detail, and exceptional communication abilities.
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and budgets.
- Experience in event sales, weddings, or hospitality banquet operations is highly regarded.
- Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong professional relationships.
- Professional presentation and a customer-first mindset.
