Our client in the legal professional services space is seeking a new Sales Executive to join their team. In this B2B sales role, your focus would be selling medical lien resolution outsourced services to law firms across the U.S. This role will have oversight for a region that includes Illinois, Georgia, Colorado, and Ohio. While this role is fully remote, the ideal candidate will be based in either the Chicago or Atlanta metro area, and able to travel up to 33% of the time across their region. YOUR Why
The Sales Executive is a critical role to the success of our client’s Lien Resolution line of business. This role is heavily focused on new business development, and will require your own prospecting, research, and relationship building. This role requires 25-33% travel across your assigned region, meeting with existing and prospective clients in person in their offices and at conferences.

How YOU Will Spend YOUR Days
- Present, promote and sell lien resolution services using solution-based sales techniques to address a client’s litigation needs.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive and trusting business advisor relationships with customers to proactively understand, set, and manage their expectations.
- Drive proactive partnerships with company leadership and operations to get ahead of and address client issues/complaints.
- Collaborate with sales leadership, operations, and client services teams to propose creative solutions to customers that are in line with operational capabilities and strategic growth plans.
- Work closely with client services, operations, and finance to drive effective contracting, and seamless sales-to-ops hand-offs to drive highest levels of customer service delivery.
- Provide management with insight into the state of the market, customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of company and industry best practices and promotional trends.
- Document plans, activities, and opportunities accurately in Salesforce. Manage proposals, contracts, statements of work/change orders, and other relevant documentation appropriately in the CRM.
What YOU Bring
- At least 5 years in sales, with a proven track record of success in professional services sales.
- Excellent client-facing skills and experience in dealing with client teams as well as experience in presenting to C-level/senior executive decision-makers.
- Proven interpersonal skills particularly in the area of client management and business development.
- Strong communication and influencing abilities, as well as comfort and experience presenting to audiences.
- Ability to (1) adapt and learn the relevance and potential impact of emerging settlement administration process and technology improvements and (2) discern differentiators vis-à-vis the competition and communicate these to attorneys and paralegals in a concise and convincing manner.
- Ability to work as part of a team to solve problems, collaborate on sales strategies, support other teammates, etc.
- Self-starting, quick learner with demonstrated ability to be a strategic and tactical thinker simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized.
- Self-described as outgoing, intellectually curious, energetic, excellent listener, and solutions-oriented.
- Ability to travel up to 33% of the time.
