We are actively seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Arabic-speaking Banking Sales Executive with a preference for Arabic language skills. Join us in championing our online sales initiatives for banking services in the UAE market.
As a Banking Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of banking products and services to consumer clients. Your primary goal will be to drive customer acquisition, enhance customer retention, and achieve sales targets through strong relationship-building and consultative sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
· Product Promotion:
Identify potential customers and introduce relevant banking products, including loans, mortgages, credit cards, savings accounts, and investment options.
Effectively communicate the benefits and features of products to meet clients’ needs.
· Sales Target Achievement:
Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into loyal clients, ensuring maximum satisfaction and retention.
· Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to enhance the customer experience and increase sales opportunities.
Address customer queries and provide support throughout the sales process.
· Market Research:
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer demands, and competitor activities.
Provide feedback to the product development team for continuous improvement.
· Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure all client documentation complies with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Adhere to sales processes, protocols, and ethical guidelines.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Arabic speaking having with the own visa.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software is a plus.
