We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned and dynamic sales professional with over 7 years of experience in staffing. This fully remote role is perfect for those looking to innovate within the staffing industry. In this position, you will focus on prospecting and closing new business opportunities while enhancing customer relationships and expanding our overall market share in the U.S. If you thrive in a hunter role, this is the perfect fit for you, as you will be responsible for expanding our One Service Model (MSP for Direct Hire) and managing Direct Hire and Contingent Staffing Services for Enterprise and Mid-Size clients across the country.

Responsibilities
Prospect large enterprise (Fortune 1000) and mid-market companies
Manage the sales process from initial outreach to client onboarding
Handle complex sales cycles and influence various levels of decision-making
Achieve assigned sales targets
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with prospects and customers
Attend industry events for networking and growth opportunities
Qualifications
Must reside in the U.S.
7+ years of experience selling Professional staffing services to Mid-Market and Enterprise Level Customers
3-5 years of experience selling Managed Services such as RPO, MSP, and VMS
Strong network within the Talent Ecosystem community
Established relationships with key decision-makers in Tech, Finance, Engineering, etc.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree
Ability to travel for industry conferences 2-3 times per year
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Experience Requirements
7+ years of experience in Professional staffing sales
3-5 years in Managed Services sales
Proven success in a client acquisition role

Are you well-connected with the Talent Ecosystem community (TA, Procurement, MSP, CW Program leaders)?
Do you have strong established relationships with key decision-makers in Tech, Finance, Engineering, etc.?
Do you have proven success in acquiring net new clients in the Professional Staffing or Managed Services space?
Are you tech-savvy, with proficiency in tools such as Zoom, Dynamics CRM, and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)?
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
