We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in air, sea, and land freight services, with a proven track record in sales and business development. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth in a competitive market.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and targets.
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the air, sea, and land freight sectors.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
– Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
– Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
– Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable business deals.
– Collaborate with operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
– Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to management.
– Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand professional connections and promote company services.
– Stay updated on industry regulations, market trends, and best practices to enhance sales strategies.

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within the air, sea, or land freight industry.
– Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
– Strong understanding of freight forwarding processes, logistics operations, and industry standards.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
– Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
– Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
– Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
– Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.

Salary:

AED
6,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
