We are looking for a Sales Executive who can contribute to our success by generating new business and promoting our services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients who would benefit from Communik Marketing’s digital marketing services, including SEO, social media marketing, and website development.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales targets by focusing on high-quality leads and successful conversions.
• Lead Generation: Use cold calling, networking, social selling, and digital outreach to generate and nurture leads, set meetings, and close deals.
• Consultative Selling: Assess the needs of potential clients and offer tailored digital marketing solutions to help them achieve their business goals.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, sales activity, and feedback from prospects and clients.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and technical teams to ensure the effective delivery of services and satisfaction post-sale.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to fine-tune sales tactics and approaches.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, ideally in digital marketing, technology, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and website development services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a target-based environment with a strong focus on meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, MS Office, and digital outreach tools.
• Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role, ideally within the digital marketing industry.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully meeting sales targets.
