    As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving new business, developing relationships with clients, and helping to grow our presence in the UAE and beyond. Your primary focus will be identifying potential customers, pitching our model-making services, and closing deals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead Generation & Outreach: Research potential clients, including architects, real estate developers, and government entities, to build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
    • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and tailoring our services to meet them.
    • Sales Presentations: Create and deliver personalized presentations that effectively communicate the value of our model-making services, including visual portfolios of past work.
    • Negotiation & Closing Deals: Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales with a focus on achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets.
    • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in model-making, architecture, and urban development.
    • Reporting: Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and regular updates to management.

    Key Skills and Qualifications:

    • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in architecture, construction, real estate, or model-making industries.
    • Sales Acumen: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals in a B2B setting.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
    • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiating skills and a customer-focused approach to deal-making.
    • Networking Abilities: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop relationships with industry professionals.
    • Problem-Solving: Ability to understand client challenges and propose custom solutions based on our services.
    • Technical Understanding: Familiarity with architecture, urban planning, or model-making industries is a plus.
    • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and drive results with minimal supervision.
