We are looking for a motivated and driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and driving sales for our wedding invitation website services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to thrive in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Outreach
Identify and contact potential clients, including brides, grooms, families, and wedding planners, through various channels (social media, wedding forums, networking, etc.).
- Networking & Relationship Building
Develop relationships with wedding industry professionals (e.g., vendors, planners) for referrals and partnerships to expand Amantrran’s client base.
- Sales Presentation
Effectively present Amantrran’s services to prospective clients, demonstrating the features and benefits of our wedding invitation websites.
- Follow-Ups & Customer Engagement
Conduct timely follow-ups with potential clients, addressing questions and moving them closer to making a purchase.
- Closing Sales
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring that clients are fully satisfied with the process and confident in their choice.
- Customer Support & Feedback Collection
Serve as a main point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service and gathering feedback to improve our offerings.
- Market Insights
Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings, providing insights to management for potential enhancements.
- Reporting & Record-Keeping
Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients in CRM software and provide regular sales reports.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales (experience in the wedding or event industry is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with proficiency in CRM tools.
- Customer-focused, with a passion for helping clients create memorable experiences.
