Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for our business based on commercial printing and embroidery. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building customer relationships, and promoting our innovative products and new ideas in the market. This role requires a proactive approach to identify and engage potential clients while effectively negotiating contracts and closing deals And keeping tabs on the production abilities to meet contract deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales growth.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
• Communicate effectively with clients to present our products and services.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to ensure mutual satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create strategies that enhance brand visibility and attract new customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Track sales metrics and prepare reports on performance against targets.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to effectively position our offerings in the market.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
• Familiarity with embroidery and printing apparel is an asset.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and achieving sales targets.
• A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $16.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
