As a Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in managing inquiries, confirming bookings, and ensuring accurate records while upholding the resort’s standards of excellence.
Job Overview
The Sales Executive will focus on managing inbound inquiries, confirming bookings, maintaining accurate records in the CRM, and delivering exceptional service to potential and existing guests. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills to ensure smooth booking processes and accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Booking Management
Handle inbound inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and email.
Provide detailed and accurate information on availability, rates, and packages to potential guests.
Process confirmed bookings by collecting all necessary guest details and finalizing payment arrangements.
Record all confirmed bookings and related details in the CRM system and Property Management System (Ezee PMS).
Payment and Follow-Up
Guide clients through payment methods, including UPI, bank transfers, and Razorpay.
Ensure timely follow-ups for pending payments and confirmation of bookings.
Assist guests with payment-related queries to ensure smooth transactions.
Documentation and Maintenance
Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of inquiries, confirmed bookings, and cancellations in the PMS and CRM.
Ensure all guest details, booking specifics, and payment confirmations are accurately recorded.
Generate periodic reports on confirmed bookings, cancellations, and sales performance for the Head of Sales.
Coordination with Operations Team
Communicate special requests, guest preferences, and booking details to the operations team.
Ensure seamless coordination to provide guests with an exceptional experience.
Guest Communication
Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally, maintaining a warm and courteous tone in line with the resort’s brand standards.
Address and resolve guest concerns or escalate issues to the Head of Sales as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Familiarity with CRM systems and PMS software (experience with Ezee PMS is a plus).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
Employment Terms
Probation Period: 4 months at half salary.
Post-Probation Contract: Upon successful completion of the probation period, the executive will be offered a 1.5-year contract.
Joining Bonus: A joining bonus equivalent to the withheld half-salary from the probation period, disbursed upon signing the contract.
