Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team at EK Junction. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a passion for sales and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Identify potential clients through various channels, including social media, networking events, and industry contacts.
Conduct cold calls and outreach to generate new business opportunities and schedule meetings.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to showcase our products and services, effectively communicating their benefits and value.
Conduct product demonstrations and trials to help clients understand how our solutions meet their needs.
Sales Process Management:
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring timely and effective follow-up on leads.
Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to close sales effectively.
Market Research and Analysis:
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities and potential challenges.
Provide insights and recommendations to management based on market research findings.
Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
Prepare regular sales reports to track progress against targets and present to management.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
Work closely with the marketing team to align promotional efforts with sales strategies and company objectives.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to team goals and initiatives.
Continuous Improvement:
Seek opportunities for personal and professional growth by participating in training and development programs.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and customer service.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or in any stream.
Experience: Proven experience in sales or a similar role, preferably in [industry/sector]. Experience with [specific products/services] is a plus.
