Join us as a: Sales Growth Executive / Account Manager
We are looking to hire two Account Managers with extensive sales experience in upselling and managing a portfolio of clients, for our largest Fintech client in Australia (a B2B payments platform with thousands of business client).
This job is for seasoned sales executives with at least 8 years of working experience, including the last 4 years in a sales / business development related position.
The job title is “Account Manager” but there is no management of other colleagues, it is all about managing your client pool.
Job Description:
An account manager role will have a portfolio of Australian based clients who leverage our platforms to leverage cash flow assistance and offset travel expenses.
As an account manager you will be required to maintain and grow your existing portfolio while cross selling additional products via phone and email communication.
The right candidate will possess strong relationship building skills and will thrive in a fast paced and exciting environment.
The Key Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Develop and establish strong relationships across your portfolio of SME business accounts.
- Actively cross sell additional products across your portfolio
- Utilise industry knowledge and insights in order to provide solutions to support client objectives.
- Maintain and grow existing charge volume across your portfolio
- Hit call metric KPI’s
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Prior experience in Sales or Account Management is essential
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Prior experience in the finance or technology industry
- Outstanding customer service/Account Management and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A high performing and can-do attitude
- Resilience and adaptability to change, to keep at pace with customer’s needs and ever-changing market forces
- Knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce would be advantageous)
- Strong commercial acumen, attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and deliver
- Clear communication skills and proven time management skills
