Are you ready to take your B2B sales expertise to the next level? We’re supporting an ambitious sustainability startup as it scales into an exciting new phase of growth. To accelerate this journey, we’re looking for a dynamic Sales Leader to spearhead our sales efforts, refine processes, and drive exceptional results. If you bring a proven track record in B2B sales and experience building and scaling sales teams, we want to meet you.
What You’ll Do Day To Day
Lead Generation & Business Development
- Develop innovative, effective strategies to identify, qualify, and convert new leads, particularly in the hospitality industry (hotels, restaurants, venues).
- Leverage your network and industry connections to expand our client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
Client Engagement & Consultative Selling
- Understand client challenges and showcase tailored solutions to meet their unique needs.
- Lead negotiations and close deals with prominent hospitality brands, including hotel chains and corporate event venues.
- Deliver compelling, customized presentations to key prospects.
Sales Process Optimization
- Design, test, and refine sales processes to improve efficiency, reduce deal cycles, and boost conversion rates.
- Maximize the use of CRM platforms like HubSpot to track leads, manage pipelines, and analyze results.
- Identify and implement sales automation tools to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
Metrics & Team Growth
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze trends, and share actionable insights with leadership.
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to continually evolve our strategy.
- Foster a high-performing, supportive team culture that drives collaboration and growth.
Who You Are
- Experienced: You have 4–10 years of B2B sales experience, ideally with a tech product.
- Hospitality-Industry: Your expertise in the hospitality sector gives you a strong network and deep understanding of the industry.
- Startup-Ready: You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and have hands-on experience with scale-ups.
- Data-Driven: You excel at lead generation, building pipelines, and using data to drive decision-making.
- Process-Oriented: You’ve optimized sales workflows and are proficient with tools like HubSpot.
- Consultative: You’re a problem-solver who builds trust with clients through tailored, solution-oriented selling.
- Communicative: Your excellent communication skills enable you to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Adaptable: You’re self-motivated, agile, and thrive on tackling new challenges.
- Fluent in German and English is a MUST
- Sponsorship is NOT possible, must have the right to work in the EU

Qualifications
- 4 years of sales experience minimum
- Start-up and scale-up experience
- Fluency in English and German
- EMEA wide sales experience is a bonus
- Passion for sustainability
