Position Overview
The Regional Sales Leader will drive sales and expand business opportunities across India, focusing on building strong client relationships, penetrating new markets, and achieving revenue growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue and sales within the assigned territory, meeting and exceeding established targets.
- Team Development: Recruit, guide, and mentor a dynamic sales team to enhance overall performance.
- Market Expansion: Identify and enter untapped industries and geographies to diversify the client portfolio.
- Client Relationship Management: Strengthen relationships with current clients while ensuring their long-term satisfaction.
- Brand Representation: Serve as the face of the organization in your region, fostering brand awareness and credibility.
Role Dynamics
- KPI Achievement: Monitor and ensure sales, financial performance, and customer satisfaction align with organizational goals.
- New Client Acquisition: Boost sales from new customers while driving performance across various service lines.
- Strategic Vision: Align regional activities with broader business objectives and demonstrate a deep understanding of organizational goals.
- Collaborative Approach: Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure unified success across departments.
Candidate Profile
- Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree is essential; an MBA in Marketing is a significant advantage.
- Industry Experience: At least 3-5 years in sales, ideally within the certification, assessment, or consulting domains. Knowledge of ISO standards is a plus.

- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
