What You’ll Do
As a Sales Manager for Containerboard, your primary role will be driving business growth in the South East Asian market. You will be responsible for developing Containerboard sales, creating strategic sales plans, building strong customer relationships, supporting sales activities, identifying emerging markets, managing local profitability, reporting on key performance indicators, developing business unit or segment sales plans, contributing to yearly sales budgeting and planning processes, participating in customer meetings, providing input into customer negotiations and commercial agreements.
- Develop Containerboard sales in South East Asia
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands the customer base and extends global reach
- Build and promote strong, long customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Support sales activities to existing and new potential customers
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Manage local profitability and working capital
- Report KPI´s related to sales, profitability working capital
- Develop and execute BU/Segment sales plan to the specific market/country
- Input to yearly sales budgeting and plans
- Participate in customer meetings and provide input and support in customer negotiations and commercial agreements
What You Bring
The ideal candidate for this Sales Manager position will bring successful previous experience as a sales representative or manager within the containerboard/corrugation industry. Your proactive attitude, outgoing character, excellent social skills, strong business sense, industry expertise, good communication skills in both verbal and written local language and English will be key to your success in this role. Your proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close will be crucial.
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager in containerboard/corrugation , consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Proactive attitude and outgoing character with excellent social skills
