We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our client’s electric vehicle division. This home-based role will see you driving sales growth, managing a small team, and building relationships with key customers across the UK. If you’re passionate about electric vehicles and have a strong track record in sales, this is a fantastic opportunity to take your career to the next level.

Role:

  • Manage and grow the electric vehicle division, driving sales and profitability.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and key accounts to grow partnerships and drive sales.
  • Oversee stock control, ensuring effective management of inventory and maximising stock turnover.
  • Lead and motivate a small team, providing training and performance management.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed targets and enhance brand reputation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and cross-sell products.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and manage any complaints efficiently.
  • Drive cost control initiatives and manage expenses to improve profitability.

Salary:

  • Up to £52,000 per year

Skills/Experience:

  • Proven experience in selling specialised electric vehicles, golf carts, or similar products.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to manage profit and loss, including cost control and forecasting.
  • Experience in stock management and forecasting.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a can-do attitude.
