What we are looking for :

– Candidate must have experience of selling either Ductile iron pipe or GRP/ OPVC/ Steel pipes

– Candidate age must be less than 35 else will not be consider

– Candidate must have experience with government contract

– Candidate has flexibility to work from his own place (open for all over India)

Job Description:

Position Overview:

As a Sales Representative for New Market

Sourcing, you will be responsible for identifying and capturing new

business opportunities. Your primary focus will be on sourcing and

developing relationships with potential customers, driving sales, and

increasing revenue for our ductile iron pipe products. You will play a

crucial role in establishing our presence in the market and achieving

our growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct thorough market research to identify potential

customers and market opportunities for ductile iron

pipes.

  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor

activities to develop effective sales strategies.

Business Development:

Proactively source and acquire new customers by

reaching out to construction companies, municipal

authorities, and industrial clients.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key

stakeholders and decision-makers.

  • Develop and implement strategies to penetrate the

market and expand our customer base.

Sales Execution:

Present and promote our ductile iron pipe products to

prospective clients, highlighting their benefits and

competitive advantages.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and

proposals tailored to customer requirements.

  • Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring

favorable terms for both the company and the customer.

Revenue Growth:

Set and achieve sales targets to drive revenue growth

and market share expansion.

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to

ensure alignment with business objectives.

Customer Support and Relationship Management:

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing

inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer

satisfaction.

  • Maintain regular contact with existing customers to

foster long-term relationships and identify opportunities

for repeat business.

Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer

interactions, and market intelligence.

  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales

performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a

related field.

Strong understanding of the market and business culture.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Results-oriented with a demonstrated track record of

achieving sales targets.

Proficiency in English and local language.
