Job Description
The Sales Manager – Food Service’s responsibilities include:
- Achieves objectives by leveraging cost drivers within their area of influence, balancing volume and profit targets to deliver results.
- Creates and presents compelling, consultative, and data-driven sales proposals and presentations, confidently utilizing key insights.
- Conducts sales presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions for key accounts and end-users.
- Organizes and participates in food shows and other customer engagement events.
- Supports the development of business plans to drive profitable growth while cultivating strong customer and partner relationships.
- Collaborates with key business partners to create joint scorecards for tracking the success of plans.
- Manages key local relationships, including end-users, operators, and local chain accounts.
- Plans and assesses customer account activities and opportunities, both short and long term.
- Maintains records and documentation of customer and sales activities within the designated Sales System.
- Works with cross-functional teams within the company and at assigned accounts.
- Drives the success of new product introductions through targeted sales strategies and launches.
- Understands how the product portfolio aligns with company objectives and applies tactics to achieve them.
- Performs other duties as required.
The Successful Applicant
The Sales Manager – Food Service has
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business sales similar field preferred
- Experience: 5+ years of sales experience
- Technical Skills: Trackrecord of doing business development and account management, specifically for Food Service/QSR clients
- General Skills: Strong business management skills, including financial management skills and a strategic mindset.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal skills and ability to negotiate. Other language skills where applicable a plus
- Travel: Within the Philippines (as required) and extensively within Metro Manila area.
