Join the F-DGSi team as the Sales Manager for Nitrogen Generators. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing the global sales strategy for our range of Nitrogen generators for the LC-MS market. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, developing new business opportunities, and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders such as OEM’s and distributors across multiple regions. This role requires a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach to ensure a consistent growth in global markets.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive global sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share growth for our product line of Nitrogen generators.
  • Identifying and targeting up sale and cross sale opportunities in emerging and existing markets to expand the company’s global footprint.
  • Working closely with the F-DGSi service department and local distributors to increase the LC-MS after sales market.
  • Building and managing relationships with key distributors, and OEM’s on a global scale.
  • Conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and potential opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborating with the F-DGSi management and teams at the headquarter in France to align on product positioning, market needs, and market requirements.
  • Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products and network with potential clients and partners.

Your Key Qualifications consist of:

  • Experience in the global LC-MS market.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth in B2B international markets.
  • Customer focused with the ability to build long-term relationships and gain trust.
  • Highly self-driven with strong planning and prioritization skills.
  • Resilient under pressure, maintaining high performance in challenging environments.
  • Focused on results, with a proven ability to consistently meet and exceed personal sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and travel internationally as required (up to 50% travel).
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
