Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain profitable partnerships with current dealers to drive long-term success.
- Deliver training and strategic support to dealers, enhancing contract production and market engagement.
- Identify and pursue new dealer prospects to expand the business network and territory footprint.
- Remain well-versed in the company’s offerings as well as competitor products, providing insightful guidance to dealers.
- Collaborate with dealers to formulate and implement marketing strategies aimed at attracting new clientele while retaining existing ones.
- Achieve and surpass annual growth and profitability targets.
- Handle various administrative sales responsibilities, including reporting and expense management.
- Engage in regular travel within your designated territory and, when necessary, to other regions, including occasional overnight stays.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Finance and Insurance (F&I) role within the powersports or automotive sector.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or sales management in the retail powersports or automotive arena.
- Demonstrated capability to build a strong prospect list alongside experience in networking and business development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities, with an aptitude for managing multiple priorities efficiently.
- Comprehensive understanding of the powersports industry and its culture.
- Experience in F&I practices, including menu selling and objection handling.
Qualifications
- Proven background in establishing solid relationships within the powersports or automotive domain.
- Capability to work autonomously and efficiently manage time.
- Strong interpersonal skills complemented by a customer-focused approach.
