We are on a growth path and looking to expand our team with ambitious and motivated Sales Managers who will play a key role in building sales teams and driving results across various regions.

Position Overview:

As an Sales Manager, you will work remotely and be responsible for building, training, and leading a regional sales team. Your role will be crucial in expanding the company’s client base and increasing sales for our cutting-edge SaaS and IT solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying and securing offshore clients, expanding our reach in international markets.

You will be on a one-month probation period, during which you will be expected to meet your sales and various targets. Upon successful completion of the probation, you will be offered a full-time position with competitive salary and incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and manage a sales team in your assigned region.

Train team members to achieve sales goals and drive performance.

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.

Actively generate leads, build a sales pipeline, and close deals with **domestic** and **offshore clients**.

Identify potential clients and market opportunities both locally and internationally.

Report sales activities and progress regularly to management.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitive landscape.

Collaborate with the marketing team to penetrate new international markets.

Requirements:

Graduate (MBA preferred but not mandatory).

2+ years experience.

Strong command over English, and the local language spoken in your region.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to build and manage a sales team.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.

Target-driven and results-oriented approach to sales.

Ability to engage and close sales with **international/offshore clients**.

Experience in IT services or SaaS-based products sales is an advantage but not mandatory.

Compensation:

Probation Period: 1 month (commission-based).

During this period, you must meet your sales and other target to qualify for the full-time role.

Full-Time Position: Upon successful completion of probation, you will be offered:

A base salary of ₹18,000/- per month.

Additional incentives up to ₹24,000/- per month based on performance.
