🤘Already, 3000+ graduates have landed their first IT jobs in just 4 months of training. We successfully launched our business in Poland and Brazil and have plans to expand to other countries.
As we are growing in Poland we are looking for a +1 Sales Manager to join our team. Your main task will be to sell educational courses by phone.
Your tasks will be
- Phone sales of our courses for the Polish market – work with inbound leads;
- Responsible for building a robust, fulsome, and validated sales pipeline;
- Working with the CRM system;
- Suggest ideas on improving the quality of negotiations and increasing sales conversions.
What Will You Need To Succeed
- Solid experience in B2C phone sales;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Responsibility, attention to detail, consistency;
- Fluency in Polish and Intermediate+ English;
- Have an in-depth understanding of how the Polish market works.
