Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive our growth strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of sales processes. You will be responsible for setting sales goals, developing strategies, and ensuring the team meets their targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
