Responsibilities
– Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the company’s revenue and growth objectives.
– Create sales plans and forecasts, adjusting strategies based on market conditions and performance metrics.
– Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
– Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to enhance performance and productivity.
– Set clear sales targets and performance metrics, and conduct performance evaluations.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
– Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals.
– Oversee the entire sales process, including negotiations and contract management.
– Ensure that sales activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
– Implement and refine sales processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
– Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
– Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance metrics to senior management.
– Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis and sales performance.

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
– Strong understanding of the market dynamics and sales processes.
– Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
