Position Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned Sales Manager with over 8 years of experience to drive revenue growth, develop key client relationships, and lead the sales strategy for our company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, particularly in the technology or display manufacturing sector, with the ability to identify market opportunities, close deals, and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing client accounts.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by building strong relationships with key clients and industry partners.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, business development, and product development) to align sales strategies with overall company goals.
- Provide detailed sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to senior management to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Mentor and coach the sales team, ensuring high levels of motivation, performance, and professional development.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adjust sales tactics as necessary.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in sales management, with a strong background in the technology or electronics manufacturing sector.
- Proven success in developing and executing sales strategies that consistently achieve revenue targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical abilities to make data-driven decisions and adapt strategies based on market trends.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing complex sales processes.
- Ability to lead, inspire, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Strong understanding of colorful segment displays or similar technologies is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
