We are currently offering an exciting opportunity as a Sales Manager (m/f/d) for the Germany region. If you’re looking to further develop your career internally and seek a varied and challenging new professional experience, this position might be perfect for you. We are flexible regarding the contract location.

Key accountabilities
- Selling chemistry services to bring in and close new orders
- Account management and continued development of existing clients
- Acquisition of new client accounts
- Liaison with project management and scientific staff within business units
- Translate market & territory surveys into business plans
- Contribute to development of market segment strategies to match the growing portfolio of businesses within the division
- Development of strategy with clients and business units aimed at improving overall business process
- Management of sales budget
Your Profile
- Degree (BA or BSc) in a life science discipline, preferably chemistry or chemical engineering
- At least 5-7 years of experience within the pharmaceutical or life science sectors
- Experience of sales in a highly competitive environment
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Work effectively in a multi-functional and multi-cultural team
- Fluent in German and English
